Creating Horror with AI
Most people today have in some way played with AI imaging, some without even realising it. Many filters that people use to post on their social media, especially the cartoon filters I’ve seen so much of.
In a world of digital art, I recently took my own spin on things by creating 100 unique, creepy artwork variations using just one of my portraits and some commands inputted into dreamstudio.ai. My passion project was something of a Frankenstein-like experiment, melding elements of horror, surrealism and science fiction into one. The results? A stunning array of one-of-a-kind artwork has left viewers both shocked and impressed.
From eerie faces to horror-filled figures, I managed to capture a wide range of emotions and feelings in my artwork. It was an eye-opening experience that allowed me to explore a different side of art. I was able to push the boundaries of creativity and challenge myself to come up with something unique and unexpected.
The end product was a surreal and captivating set of images that left many people wanting more. It was an exhilarating and rewarding experience to be able to share my work with the world. I’m looking forward to continuing to experiment with dreamstudio.ai and seeing what other horror surprises I can come up with!
That wasn’t me
If you can’t tell, I also used AI to write this piece, hence it makes very little sense. Using Chat-GPT and the “Stand-Up Comedian” mode, I asked it to write an article for me, and here we are. The process was so incredibly simple, and with some fine-tuning, I’m sure I could use it without anybody realising that the words aren’t mine, but are those of a bot. We are slowly heading into a digital world dictated by robots.
Check out some of the AI works below, the first image is the original.
